Suspect arrested again

WOODSBORO – Gabriel Victoriano Pesina, 34, of Woodsboro, was arrested and charged as a suspect of burglary of a habitation and burglary of a vehicle, according to the Refugio County Sheriff’s Office.

On Dec. 7, Refugio County Sheriff’s deputies arrested Pesina in Woodsboro.

Sheriff’s Office Major Crimes Unit received information that Pesina had committed the offense of burglary of a habitation and burglary of a vehicle.

Investigators followed leads to a burglary of a residence and the burglary of the vehicle.

Subsequent to the investigation, an arrest for the suspect resulted, and investigators located numerous items from the residence burglarized located in the 700 block of Second Street, Woodsboro.

Items were recovered at the suspect’s residence in the 200 block of Holmes Street in Woodsboro.

The stolen items were recovered and identified by the owner. All items were returned to the owner.

Pesina is the same suspect arrested on Nov. 7, for dangerous drugs and possession of a controlled substance, which is approximately one month later.
