Once again a gun takes the life of a beautiful person who did not deserve to die this way. Please people of Texas, get rid of your guns! I grew up spending summers in Weesatch and knew Leona well. Vonnie Reitz and I would spend summers with my Grand Mmother Remenschneider and we also spent much time with Leona, who I loved dearly. It is bad enough when someone dies from a disease, but to take another life and then turn the gun on one's self leaves me horrified. My prayers are with the fammilies of both sides.
