In addition to arrests, the Sheriff’s department received approximately 377 calls during the weeks of June 5-17.

Suspicious vehicle calls continued to rise in LOC.

Calls

A GW caller advised that a man came to her door with a bow and arrow looking for her husband who was in jail, the man stated her husband cut her kids.

A McMullen County man requested a report be made on copper that had been stolen from a trailer.

In TR a man had to be removed from the baseball field during a little league game.

A GW caller advised that men were standing on HWY 37/59 coming up to cars asking for money.

In LOC a man reported hearing explosions during the night.

A GW woman requested extra patrol due to a strange pick up in the area driving very slowly checking out the home.

A Sandia woman requested a report be made about 20 dogs that were not being taken care of properly, she had taken photos.

In LOC a female caller stated she was at the NB rest area and it sounded like someone was being raped in the bathroom.

A LOC man advised he needed an officer at his home, his daughter came home and found the air conditioner pushed in, noticed televisions and guns were missing.

In Largarto a caller stated someone had just dropped off a gray stud horse on his property and he did not want it there.

In TR a caller reported that a man was inside a business carrying a hatchet.

In GW a caller advised that her sister had hit her boyfriend in the face, knocked his glasses off.

A GW woman reported seeing lighting strike a tree in her back yard, the tree was not of fire but she did want someone to check it out.

A GW woman request assistance getting back into her home, her husband would not let her in and he had been acting crazy the entire day.

Arrest

Amanda A. Vinson, 25, of San Antonio was arrested on June 3 for two counts of theft, bond was set at $2,000 and a fine of $234.63 no release date was given.

Monaliza C. Saenz, 38 of Pharr was arrested on June 2 for criminal non support, no bond or release date was given.

John Z. Garza, 32, of Three Rivers was arrested on June 3 for driving while license was invalid, no bond or release date was given.

Arturo M. Gonzales, 59 , of Three Rivers was arrested on June 4 for driving while intoxicated, no bond or release date was given.

Eugene L. Locke, 34, of Houston was arrested on June 4 for driving while intoxicated, no bond or release date given.

Larry Dion Hatten, 20, of Three Rivers was arrested on June 2 for driving while intoxicated, no bond or release date was given.

Edward S. Haynes, 37, of George West was arrested on June 1 for driving while intoxicated, no bond or release date was given.

Cody L. Wittner, 18, of George West was arrested on May 30 for possession of drug paraphernalia and public intoxication, charges were dropped for possession, no bond or release date was given.

Patricia Garibay, 24, of Mathis was arrested on May 29 for assault causing bodily injury family violence, no bond or release date was given.

Cameron S. McCulloch, 23, of Kennedy was arrested on May 28 for possession of marijuana lt 2oz. , no bond or release date was given.
