Enedina C. Loya
She was born on April 7, 1935, in Raymondville to Faustino and Guadalupe Cavazos. She was a retired cook.
She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Manuel M. Loya, on April 19, 2007; a brother, Ruben Cavazos; and one great-granddaughter, Jessica Rodriguez.
Survivors include one daughter, Maridell (Jimmy) Rodriguez of Beeville; one son, Manuel Loya III of Raymondville; one brother, Pedro Gonzales of Michigan; four grandchildren; and eight great-grandchildren.
A rosary will be recited at 7 p.m. Monday at Treviño Funeral Home.
The funeral Mass will be celebrated at 10 a.m. Tuesday at St. James Catholic Church. Burial followed in the St. Joseph Cemetery.
