The morning will begin with a puzzle tournament at 10 a.m. Competition may consist of single or team players, depending on the number that signs up.
“Sign up sheets are available at the center,” said Kenda Nelson, director of Elderly Services.
Lunch will be served at noon.
At 1 p.m. following lunch, a 42-tournament along with a regular domino tournament will begin.
Winners of all the tournaments will receive gift certificate and other prizes.
Membership at the center is free for all residents 55 years and older. Daily congregate meals are served each day at noon.
“We welcome all our members and potential members to come and participate in one or all of our tournaments,” said Majorie Shaw, president of the board. “We have set the times so that everyone can participate in one or all the tournaments and have lunch at the center.”
