San Antonio – Cuatro Brown of Beeville has been chosen to participate in the Texas Brigades’ 2nd Battalion of the Ranch Brigade program this summer. He was selected based on his academic records, interest in wildlife and natural resources and leadership activities.

The Texas Brigades’ mission is to educate and empower youths with leadership skills and knowledge in wildlife, fisheries and land stewardship to become conservation ambassadors for a sustained natural resource legacy. This is the 22nd year of the Brigades.

There are seven Brigade camps being held this summer: two Buckskin Brigades, two Bobwhite Brigades, Bass Brigade, Waterfowl Brigade and Ranch Brigade.
