Erik Stewart, a native of Round Rock, was a member of the team that opened the Beeville location at 3000 N. St. Mary’s St. in May 2013.
Stewart began with Fulenwider as a finance intern in April 2011 while he was still in college. After graduation in 2012, he started working as business director in the finance department for the flagship Fulenwider dealership in Clyde. When Stewart moved to Beeville, he assumed the role of finance director and was named general sales manager in December 2013.
“My main goal for Beeville this year is to establish the store in the community,” he says. “I want to really get the store involved in the events that are taking place in Beeville and grow our presence and footprint in Bee County.”
Stewart graduated from Hardin-Simmons University in Abilene with a degree in finance and economics.
“Erik’s fast rise through the ranks speaks to his dedication, intelligence and work ethic,” Fulenwider says. “I think he is the right person to lead the Beeville dealership, and I am excited about this new partnership.”
“I am very grateful and blessed,” Stewart says, “for the opportunity that Blake has given me. Beeville has become my home over the past year, and I am really optimistic about what the future holds for my store and the people who make it work.”
In addition to the dealerships in Beeville and Clyde, Fulenwider also has dealerships in Eastland and Kingsville.
