BASTROP – The McGregor Bulldogs scored 21 unanswered points in the second quarter to go into halftime with a 29-6 lead over the Goliad Tigers in their Class 2A, Division I area playoff football game Friday night at Memorial Stadium.

Goliad had pulled within 8-6 with 4:50 left in the first quarter on a 3-yard touchdown pass from Dalton Sturm to Mac Wimberly.
