Gamalaliel Daniel Walker, 41, was arrested Thursday by Nueces County law enforcement in regards to a Goliad County warrant charging him with felony assault (family member).

Walker was returned to Goliad County where he remains in custody with a bond amount of $50,000.

Walker was the owner of the Lucky Lady game room in Goliad. The business is now closed after a Goliad County Sheriff’s Office investigation uncovered possible engagement in organized criminal activity. The investigation has been presented to the Criminal District Attorney’s Office.

Walker faces additional charges of keeping a gambling place and possession of gambling paraphanelia. Those two warrants have been issued for $25,000 cash bond each.
