Will we be ready when God knocks or will we not even recognize Him? Does God only knock on Sunday mornings when we are dressed in our Sunday best at worship? We never know when God will need us. As we study His Word, The Bible, and get to know our Savior better each day in our lives, we begin to recognize the knock that calls us to "Be dressed for action and have your lamps lit" (Luke 12:35). God could come knocking when a family member or friend needs a compassionate ear. God might knock when a family is in need of a meal to nourish and encourage. God might knock through a request for better stewardship of our planet. When we are alert, we notice opportunities to live out our mandate as Christians: to love and serve wherever and whomever we can.

Sunday morning worship services at St. Paul Lutheran Church in Runge begin at 8:30 a.m. followed by fellowship and Bible Study of Revelation. Pastor Randal Bruno and the congregation welcome you to worship with them and learn more about our Lord and Savior. We are a North American Lutheran Church with our core values being: Christ-centered, Mission-driven, Traditionally-Grounded, and Congregational-Focused.

Lord, guide us to be ready and watchful so that when God knocks, we will be willing to love and serve. Amen.
