The following people pled guilty or no contest in Goliad County Court on July 10 and 24, Rob Baiamonte, Prosecutor:

• Justin Heinold, Victoria, 180 days in jail probated one year, $750 fine, court cost, and 60 hours of community service after he pled to driving while intoxicated-1st offense with an open container on March 9, 2013. Case investigated by DPS.

• Ely Funkhouser, Los Resnos, 180 days in jail probated for one year, $500 fine, court cost, $898 restitution, and 60 hours of community service after he pled to criminal mischief on April 2, 2013. Case investigated by GCSO.

• Andre Brooks, Houston, 90 days deferred adjudication, $200 fine and court cost after he pled to reckless driving on Oct. 19, 2012. Case investigated by DPS.

• Rudolfo Castilla, Berclair, 180 days in jail probated for two years, $1,000 fine, court cost, 100 hours of community service, and not to drive without an interlock device on vehicle after he pled to driving while intoxicated-2nd offense on June 21, 2013. Case investigated by DPS.

• Dillon Dietzel, Victoria, one year pretrial diversion, $1,854 administrative fee, 60 hours of community service, 9 days in jail, and interlock device to be installed on vehicle after he pled to driving while intoxicated-1st offense on March 30, 2013. Case investigated by DPS.

• Mark Garcia, Victoria, 180 days in jail probated for one year, $750 fine, court cost, and 60 hours of community service after he pled to driving while intoxicated-1st offense on April 14, 2013. Case investigated by DPS.

• Donovan Loest, Kenedy, 180 days in jail probated for one year, $500 fine, court cost and 60 hours of community service after he pled to possession of marijuana, less 2 oz. on June 20, 2013. Case investigated by GCSO.

• Aaron Lopez, Edna, 90 days in jail after his probation was revoked for possession of marijuana, less 2 oz.

• William Meyers, Goliad, 180 days in jail probated for two years, $1,000 fine, court cost, 60 hours of community service, and attend a batterer’s intervention program after he pled to assault-family violence on June 20, 2013. Case investigated by GCSO.

• William Reed, Victoria, $200.00 fine and court cost after he pled to possession of drug paraphernalia on Dec. 14, 2012. Case investigated by DPS.

• Joe Rodriguez, Goliad, $500 fine and court cost after he pled to criminal trespass on May 7, 2013. Case investigated by GCSO.

• Betty Sudduth, Victoria, 120 days in jail after her probation was revoked for possession of marijuana, less 2 oz.

• Noe Trevino, III., Goliad, 180 days in jail probated for one year, $500 fine, court cost, 60 hours of community service and $898 restitution after he pled to criminal mischief on April 2, 2013. Case investigated by GCSO.
