Following are people who pled guilty or no contest in Goliad County Court on May 8 and 22:

• Luis Espino-Diaz, Liberty, 37 days in jail, $750 fine and court cost after he pled to driving while intoxicated (first offense) on March 10, 2013. Case investigated by DPS.

• Aaron Girndt, Victoria, 270 days in jail probated for 20 months, $1,000 fine, court cost, 100 community service hours and interlock device on vehicle after he pled to driving while intoxicated (second offense) on Feb. 8, 2013. Case investigated by GCSO.

• Jesus Martinez Jr., Houston, 72 hours in jail after his probation was revoked for driving while license suspended.

• Andres Villarreal, Goliad, 180 days in jail probated for one year, $500 fine and court cost after he pled to criminal mischief on April 6, 2013. Case investigated by GCSO.

• Stephen Kirk, Goliad, $1,000 fine and court cost after he pled to evading arrest on Nov. 16, 2012. Case investigated by GCSO.

• Derrick Klasel, Lake Jackson, 180 days in jail probated for one year, $500 fine, court cost and 60 hours of community service after he pled to possession of marijuana (less than 2 oz.) on Dec. 14, 2012. Case investigated by GCSO.

• Hayden Otwell, Goliad, one year pretrial diversion, $1,854 administrative fee, and 60 hours of community service after he entered in the agreement for driving while intoxicated (first offense) on March 16, 2013. Case investigated by DPS.

• Antonio Romero, George West, 150 days in jail after his probation was revoked for carrying a prohibited weapon.

• Timothy Street, Austin, 37 days in jail, $500 fine and court cost after he pled to possession of marijuana (less than 2 oz.) on Aug. 24, 2012. Case investigated by DPS.
