One boy’s bike and one girl’s bike were donated for the event by Joe Bishop and a drawing was held to determine the winners. If a student brought an adult to the event, he/she was able to enter the drawing. The winners were Caitlyn Beardsley and Zachary Guzman. A basketball shoot out also took place with numerous winners during this exciting competition.
This year, there were eleven vendors set up with numerous items to sell such as plants, jewelry, beauty products, crosses, leg warmers, blankets, flip flops, scarves, hot dogs, and much more. Everyone browsed and showed off their purchases.
Throughout the event there was an inflatable jumper for all of the children, as well as a time for some to participate in karaoke. Otto Kaiser Memorial Hospital provided a health check station and the Young Progressives provided water.
