• David Cooper, Nacogdoches, $1,500 fine and court cost after he pled to possession of marijuana, less 2oz. on Nov. 13, 2012. Case investigated by GCSO.

• Elisha Martinez, Victoria, 180 days in jail probated for one year, $500 fine, court cost and 60 community service hours after he pled to possession of marijuana, less 2 oz. on Dec. 18, 2012. Case investigated by GCSO.

Dustin Hayes, Goliad, one-year deferred adjudication, $500 fine, court cost and 60 community service hours after he pled to possession of marijuana, less 2 oz. on Jan. 1, 2013. Case investigated by GCSO.

• Tyler Knezek, Wharton, one-year deferred adjudication, $500 fine, court cost and 60 community service hours after he pled to possession of marijuana, less 2 oz. on Jan. 13, 2013. Case investigated by DPS.

• Lydia Lampe, Goliad, two-year pretrial diversion, $500 administrative fee, 32 community service hours, and interlock device on vehicle after she entered into the agreement for driving while intoxicated-1st offense on Jan. 27, 2013. Case investigated by DPS.

• Johnathon Mendoza, Goliad, 90 days in jail probated for one year, $500 fine and court cost after he pled to driving without a license with prior convictions on Nov. 29, 2012. Case investigated by GCSO.

• Jose Romero, San Diego, 180 days in jail probated for one year, $500 fine, court cost and 60 hours of community service after he pled to possession of controlled substance on Jan. 30, 2013. Case investigated by GCSO.

• Michael Martinez, Beeville, 150 days in jail after his probation was revoked for assault causing bodily injury with family violence.

• Brittney Ortiz, Goliad, two years deferred adjudication, $500º fine, court cost and 60 hours of community service after she pled to assault causing bodily injury on February 10, 2013. Case investigated by GCSO.

• John Sanchez, Austin, 72 hours in jail, $250 fine and court cost after he pled to driving while license suspended on Aug. 17, 2012. Case investigated by GCSO.

• Brian Villarreal, Yorktown, 45 days in jail after his probation was revoked by driving while intoxicated-1st offense.
