Along with shelves of novels, encyclopedias, children’s books, audio books, movies, CDs and other materials to excite the curiosity of young and old, the Joe Barnhart Bee County Library also has official 2012 IRS tax forms and booklets. These forms and booklets are free to those who need them.

Forms may be found on the second floor next to the reference desk and include: Forms 1040, 1040A, 1040EZ, 1040NR, 4868, 8829, 3903, 8863, 2241, 5695, Schedules: A, B, C, and F for the 1040, Schedule 8812, 8812 Instructions, 2241 Instructions, 1040A Instructions, 1040NR Instructions, 1040 Instructions, 8863 Instructions, Earned Income Credit (EIC) Booklet, and “Exemptions, Standard Deductions, and Filing Information” Booklet.

The number of forms and booklets is limited, so stop by soon to make sure you get what you need for this tax season.

Library staff can also help you locate information if you need help or have questions about filing your taxes.

JBBCL staff ask patrons to keep in mind that librarians are not tax experts and may not give tax advice of any kind, but if you need a tax form, they have it for you.
