If a grade level is not testing on a particular day, then those students will be allowed to delay coming to school until noon. For those who do not have transportation to come in late, the buses will run at the regular times, and they will be transported as usual. At that time, if they are not scheduled for testing, they will report to the auditorium where they will be supervised and engaged in an activity.
Delayed entry does not apply to the students in Grade 9. They will continue to have a full day of scheduled classes the week of April 23rd-27th.
The following is the delayed entry schedule:
April 23
10th grade — noon
12th grade — noon (except for re-testers)
April 24
11th grade — noon
12th grade — noon (except for re-testers)
April 25

12th grade — noon (except for re-testers)
April 26
12th grade — noon (except for re-testers)
April 27

As a reminder, if a student does not show up for testing, staff members will be calling and going to homes to pick up students and bringing them in for the appropriate tests. However, cooperation is anticipated from students and parents for successful testing. As an additional reminder, testing will end at 4 p.m. when the school day ends.
