Lunch will be served by the women of First Presbyterian from 11:30 a.m. until noon, with the program beginning by 12:05 and ending by 1 p.m. The cost is $7 per program.
Reservations should be made by calling the St. Philip’s office, 358-2730, by Friday afternoon, March 9. Those missing that deadline may still make a reservation by leaving a message on the answering machine by Saturday evening, March 10. Those with reservations for the series will be automatically renewed.
A native of Oklahoma City, Sherry is a graduate of Phillips University in Enid, Okla., and Phillips Theological Seminary in Tulsa, with further graduate study at Eden Theological Seminary in St. Louis. She has served churches in Oklahoma and Texas both as minister of music and as pastor. Her husband, the Rev. Rick Mill, is pastor of Island Presbyterian Church in Corpus Christi, where they make their home
The couple have seven children and five grandchildren; they enjoy boating, fishing and visiting grandchildren.
