Live Oak County bull riding legend Lloyd Koerth of K-3 Bucking Bulls will produce the 2011 Bull Blast, a championship bull riding event with proceeds benefiting the youth of Live Oak County involved in the fair.

The Bull Blast takes place on Friday, March 25, at 7:30 p.m. Koerth said, “There will be 25 bull riders in the ‘Bull Blast’ and the top five will come back for a second. Prize pay is an average. We expect the prize to be around $1,100. The winner also will receive a trophy belt buckle from the Three Rivers Farmers Co-op.”
