Mrs. Kyrish was born July 10, 1920, to Clemence and Albina Sekula Kotara. She married Joe Kyrish on April 28, 1943, in Cestohowa and was an active member of the Immaculate Conception Catholic Church in Panna Maria and the Altar Society.
Survivors include her son, Jerry (Shirley) Kyrish of Houston; grandchildren, Laurie Garlock, Jason Kyrish, Kyle Garlock, Lindsie Garlock, Clayton Garlock, Brooklyn Kyrish and Landen Kyrish; brothers, Gus and Frank Kotara; and a sister, Louise Syma.
She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Joe; and brothers, Isidore, Stanley and Chester Kotara.
Visitation began at 4 p.m. Sunday, Aug. 11, at the Immaculate Conception Catholic Church in Panna Maria with a rosary recited there at 6 o’clock that evening.
The funeral Mass was celebrated there at 10 a.m. Monday, Aug. 12. Interment followed in the Panna Maria Cemetery.
