Karnes County grand jury indicts 12 on felony charges

KARNES CITY – Twelve individuals were indicted on felony charges following the July session of a Karnes County grand jury.

Jeremy Vasquez was indicted for the offense of bail jumping. Offense date: Oct. 18, 2012. Bond: $10,000.

Alvin Amador was indicted for the offense of failure to stop and render aid. Offense date: Jan. 22, 2013. Bond: $20,000.

Patricia Lea Dender-Holton was indicted for the offense of forgery. Offense date: March 22, 2013. Bond: $5,000.

Gilbert Herrera was indicted for the offense of possession of a controlled substance less than one gram. Offense date: June 2, 2013. Bond: $5,000.

Joseph Jacques was indicted for the offense of evading arrest – enhanced. Offense date: Jan. 16, 2013. Bond: $5,000.

Sherry Louis Kinney was indicted for two counts of assault on a public servant and tampering with physical evidence. Offense date: May 15, 2013. Bond: $10,000 (Ct 1), $10,000 (Ct. 2), $5,000 (Ct. 3).

David Lovett was indicted for the offense of retaliation. Offense date: April 27, 2013. Bond: $10,000.

Michael Medina was indicted for the offense of credit card abuse. Offense date: Nov. 21, 2012. Bond: $5,000.

Michael Joseph Moorhead was indicted for the offense of evading arrest with vehicle. Offense date: Feb. 12, 2013. Bond: $10,000.

Juan Carlos Gonzales Rocha was indicted for the offense of burglary of a habitation. Offense date: Dec. 1, 2012. Bond: $10,000.

Bradley Segeren was indicted for the offense of intoxication manslaughter and three counts of intoxication assault. Offense date: Dec. 2, 2012. Bond: $20,000 (Ct. 1), $10,000 (Ct. 2), $10,000 (Ct. 3), $10,000 (Ct. 4).

Hector Urbina-Munoz was indicted for the offense of assault causing bodily injury – family violence - enhanced. Offense date: Sept. 8, 2012. Bond: $10,000.
