Josefina Valdez of Runge died Monday, May 21, 2012. She was born March 3, 1925 to the late Juan and Clemencia Bryan Sr.

Survivors include brothers, Juan Bryan Jr., Delfino Bryan and Enedino Bryan; and sisters, Estropia Perez and Demencia Molina.

Preceded in death by parents; husband, Margarito Valdez; brother, Antonio Sanchez; sisters, Manuela Figerio, Dominga Rios and Apolonia Rios.

Visitation was held from 3-9 p.m. Thursday, May 24, 2012 at Finch Funeral Chapel, Runge with a Rosary at 7:30 p.m. Funeral Mass was held at 10 a.m. Friday, May 25, 2012 at St. Anthony's Catholic Church. Interment followed at Runge L.A. Cemetery.

Pallbearers were Bryan, Darrel Bryan and Jerry Bryan. Honorary pallbearer were Esmeralda B. Castro.
