Mr. Arriazola was born the youngest of the family of 25 children to Juan and Elena Banda Arriazola on April 11, 1945. He worked as a painter and carpenter and was a Catholic and longtime musician and singer.
He was preceded in death by his parents; siblings; a daughter, Leonarda Arriazola; son, Albert Arriazola; granddaughter, Megan Daughtrey; and many other family members.
Survivors include his wife, Ninfa Zuniga Arriazola; daughters, Delisa Castro, Paloma Torres, Angelica Garcia and Abigail Arriazola; son, Manuel Arriazola Jr.; and many grandchildren, great-grandchildren and extended family members.
A rosary will be recited Monday, Jan. 27, at 7 p.m. at Grace Funeral Home in Goliad with Mass celebrated Tuesday, Jan. 28, at Immaculate Conception Catholic Church in Goliad at 10 a.m. Burial will follow in the Flores Cemetery in Goliad.
Pallbearers will be John Valdez, Joseph Castro, Ismael Torres, Isaiah Castro, Israel Torres and Nicolas Castro.
