George Richard Hosey Sr., 43, and his son, George Hosey-McCann, 17, were arrested by Goliad County Sheriff's Office deputies after the GCSO received a search warrant, according to GCSO investigator John Pape.
Also taken into custody was a 15-year-old male, who was transferred to a juvenile detention center in Victoria.
The elder Hosey was charged with retaliation and illegal possession of a firearm. He also had an outstanding warrant.
Hosey-McCann was charged with possession of a controlled substance and narcotics paraphernalia and burglary of a habitation.
Hosey and Hosey-McCann remained in the Goliad County Jail on Friday.
