• Armando Salazar, Goliad, 30 days in jail, $500 fine and court cost after he pled to driving while intoxicated (first offense) on June 15, 2012. Case investigated by DPS.

• Robert Aguilar Jr., Goliad, 180 days in jail, $1,000 fine and court cost after he pled to terroristic threat of public servant; and 180 days in jail, $1,000 fine and court cost after he pled to resisting arrest on Oct. 19, 2013. Case investigated by GCSO.

• Jeffrey Babb, Burleson, $1,000 fine and court cost after he pled to possession of marijuana, less than 2 oz., on July 14, 2012. Case investigated by DPS.

• Jamie Gaytan-Ferreyra, Edna, 72 hours in jail, $500 fine and court cost after he pled to driving while license suspended on Oct. 21, 2013. Case investigated by DPS.

• Dustin Hayes, Goliad, 120 days in jail, $500 fine and court cost after he was adjudicated for possession of marijuana, less than 2 oz.

• Terry Ramsey, Downsville, La., 72 hours in jail, $1,000 fine and court cost after he pled driving while intoxicated (first offense) on Oct. 6, 2013. Case investigated by DPS.

• Noah Sandoval, Goliad, one year pretrial diversion, $246 administrative fee and 120 hours of community service after he entered into the agreement for possession of marijuana, less than 2 oz., in a drug-free zone on Sept. 19, 2013. Case investigated by Constable’s Office, Pct. 1.

• Harold Tobal-Zapata, Pasadena, 90 days in jail and court cost after he pled to resisting arrest on Nov. 10, 2013. Case investigated by GCSO.

• Ramon Rios Jr., Pharr, 90 days in jail and court cost after he pled to evading arrest on Nov. 14, 2013. Case investigated by GCSO.

• Sandra Haak, Austin, two year pretrial diversion program, $2,500 administrative fee, 100 hours of community service, and interlock device installed on vehicle after she entered the agreement for driving while intoxicated (first offense) on Nov. 10, 2013. Case investigated by GCSO.
