The mission of the SPARK program is to successfully provide the adults of the Goliad community with the necessary resources and knowledge to become lifelong learners.
Those who were unable to receive a high school diploma and have been out of school for at least three years, and are at least 21 years old, can their education and become a graduate of Goliad High School.
Online classes are available through both Odysseyware and Edgenuity.
Adults can register for the SPARK program’s mini-courses, which will be scheduled throughout each semester.
The Goliad ISD website will have a listing of dates and times for each mini-course offering.
SPARK registration will be held at the GHS Pride Center on Monday, Sept. 9 from 5:30 to 7 p.m. p.m., and Wednesday, Sept. 11 from 5:30 to 7 p.m.
The Pride Center is located in the old wing of Goliad High School in Room 114. The Pride Center will be open for SPARK on Mondays and Wednesdays throughout the semester.
