The following people pled guilty or no contest in Goliad County Court on June 13, 2012:

Philip Curry, Waco, 90 day deferred adjudication, $200.00 fine and court cost after he pled to reckless driving on February 24, 2012. Case investigated by DPS.

Taylor Dobbs, Victoria, 180 days in jail, $500.00 fine and court cost after he pled to assault- family violence on February 3, 2012. Case investigated by GCSO.

Cory Bivens, Victoria, 90 days in jail after his probation was revoked for criminal trespass.

Robert Duncan, Goliad, $200.00 fine and court cost after he pled to reckless driving on November 26, 2011. Case investigated by DPS.

Adam Horton, Goliad, 10 days in jail probated for one year, $200.00 fine and court cost; and 180 days in jail probated for one year, $750.00 fine, court cost and 60 hours community service after he pled to driving while intoxicated-1st offense on April 19, 2012. Case investigated by DPS and GCSO.

Adolfo Maldonado, Goliad, $100.00 fine and court cost after he pled to assault-family violence on October 11, 2011. Case investigated by GCSO.

Cynthia McMillan, Victoria, 180 days in jail probated for one year, $1,000.00 fine, court cost and 60 hours community service after she pled to driving while intoxicated-1st offense on February 7, 2012. Case investigated by DPS.

Natividad Sertuche, Jr., Victoria, 180 days in jail probated for one year, $1,000.00 fine, court cost and 60 hours of community service after she pled to assaultcausing bodily injury on April 1, 2012. Case investigated by GCSO.

Bradley Thompson, Goliad, $200.00 fine and court cost after he pled to reckless driving on February 28, 2012. Case investigated by DPS.
