He was born to Tomas and Juaquina (Loza) Palalcios on May 23, 1953 in Tilden. He was a truck driver for the City of Three Rivers.
He was preceded in death by his parents and brothers; Jimmy Sotello, Lupe Sotello and Frank Palacios and his sister Dora Moya.
Survivors include: two brothers, Ralph Palacios of Three Rivers; Max Palacios of Three Rivers; two sisters, Ramona Chapa of George West, and Tommie Pena of Premont.
Visitation was held on Thursday, July 23, from 5-9 p.m., with a rosary recited that same evening at 7 p.m., at Roberson Funeral Home Chapel in Three Rivers.
Funeral services were held on Friday, July 24, at 10 a.m., at the Faith and Family Life Church in Three Rivers.
