Water committee not experts

This decision on the r.o. plant from the sub-committee and other committee members from this panel is a decision based on supposition and assumptions and no comparison of real monetary figures.

The decision is made in my opinion:

1. From people who are not experts in water solutions

2. People who have worked behind a desk with no physical labor skills.

3. People with no knowledge of maintaining or running any type of production plant.

I have a question for our city manager, since she lives outside the city limits: What effect or benefit will you gain from the r.o. plant if you have a water well at your home?
