Rosalie Moczygemba, age 87, a life-long resident of the Panna Maria, Texas community passed June 11, 2013. She was born Jan. 15, 1926 in Panna Maria to Alex Dziuk Jr., and Bernice Kyrish Dziuk. Rosalie and Felix C. Moczygemba were married on Feb. 18, 1946 in Panna Maria. She was an active member of the Immaculate Conception Catholic Church in Panna Maria where she mowed the church grounds for thirty years, and prepared the altar for masses. She was a member of the Altar Society. She graduated from Karnes City High School in 1943, and was an avid Spurs fan. Rosalie is survived by her son Robert Moczygemba of Panna Maria; and daughter Susan Moczygemba-McKinsey and husband Brian McKinsey of Albuquerque, New Mexico. She is preceded in death by her parents; an infant daughter Judy Ann Moczygemba; her husband; and seven siblings. Visitation began at 5 PM, Sunday, June 16, 2013 at the Immaculate Conception Catholic Church, with a rosary at 6 PM on Sunday. A funeral mass was celebrated at 10 AM, Monday, June 17, 2013 at the Immaculate Conception Catholic Church. Interment followed in the Panna Maria Cemetery. Father Robert Ploch officiated. Serving as pallbearers were Maury Moczygemba, Sherwin Moczygemba, Marlin Moczygemba, James Dziuk, Jody Sczepanik, and Gary Hosek.
