BEEVILLE – Police officers are looking for a Hispanic man who walked into the Little Vegas game room just before midnight Sunday and snatched an apron containing cash from an attendant.

Police Chief Joe Treviño said the thief will face a charge of strong arm robbery, a second degree felony that could land him in jail for up to 20 years and cost him a $10,000 fine.

Detective Lt. Eddie Garcia is in charge of the investigation. He said the thief was described as wearing a bandana over his face and a ball cap on his head when he walked into the business at about 11:58 p.m.

He had no weapon.

Treviño said the apron the victim was wearing at the time contained change and cash.

There was no estimate on how much money the thief got.
