Kubota Tractor Corporation has awarded Fuller Tractor Company of Beeville the Kubota’s Kaizen Award.

The annual award is given to dealerships for outstanding performance based on sales during 2011.

The local company was among the top 27 percent of Kubota dealerships in the nation.

The award was named for the “Kaizen” concept which originally was intended as a model for improving manufacturing. “It represents a commitment to continue improvement,” explains Greg Embury, Kubota vice president of sales and marketing, in a press release.
