BEEVILLE – Over the weekend a father and two of his sons were arrested and charged with manufacturing and delivery of a controlled substance, cocaine first degree felony, according to a DPS report.

One son, Francisco G. Ochoa Jr, 24, was arrested during a traffic stop that was initiated because he had four state warrants on him on Friday, Sept. 13 at about 1 p.m.

That Saturday officers went to the Ochoa’s home to arrest the father, Frank Pena Ochoa, 49, and another son Jeremy Ray Ochoa, 18, who both also had warrants.

Police searched the home and found 22 grams of cocaine, according to the report.

All were booked in the Bee County Jail. Francisco had a $400,000 bond while the other two had $100,000 bonds.

Both Beeville Police Department and Beeville Sheriff’s office helped DPS with these arrest.

Information about the original warrants was not available Thursday.
