Woodsboro Lions to sponsor old-fashioned 4th celebration

WOODSBORO –The Woodsboro Lions Club July 4th on the Square parade and celebration is set for Wednesday, July 4. Parade line-up is at 9 a.m., with the parade commencing at 10.

The Woodsboro Boy Scouts will raise the flag immediately following the parade.

The celebration on the Square kicks off with a live auction, with food booths, arts and crafts booths, kid games, spin the wheel for a cake on the grounds. A raffle drawing and whiskey barrel drawing begins at 3 p.m. In the afternoon, a horse shoe and washers pitch is scheduled.
