The business employs four family members. Cindy Hatfield handles bookkeeping, Debra Myers is manager, Dennis handles maintenance and construction and Doris answers the phone and rents out the lots. They have been in business for 35 years.
The business was starting in 1976 renting mobile home lots, then added RV spaces. They are still working on the park to bring it up to standard.
Dennis works for Valero, Cindy works at First Baptist Church, and Debra is finishing her bachelor’s degree this year. Spending time with family and fishing are some of the personal interests on the family.
