Gabriel Victoriano Pesina, 34, Ericka Pesina, 32, both of Woodsboro, and Andrew Charles Wallace, 27, of Refugio, were arrested in the 700 block of Holmes Street in Woodsboro.
“The Sheriff’s Department Major Crimes Unit received information that at the mentioned address criminal activity was occurring. Investigators also were following leads to a burglary of a residence and several thefts within the immediate area,” the press release stated.
After Sheriff’s Office deputies arrived at the location, investigators conducted a “consent to search” at the residence.
“Investigators found crystal methamphetamine, packaging materials for sale, gram scale, paraphernalia for the use of crystal methamphetamine and several dangerous drugs (pills) packaged for sale at the residence and on the suspects,” the press release said.
Investigators also said stolen items were recovered from previously reported crimes in Refugio County.
Other pending charges of burglary will follow after a thorough investigation is completed.
Gabriel Pesina was charged with possession of a controlled substance: methamphetamine with intent to manufacture and deliver. He was also charged with possession of a dangerous drug.
Ericka Pesina was charged on two counts of possession of a dangerous drug.
Wallace was charged with possession of a dangerous drug and possession of a dangerous drug at a corrections facility.
