WOODSBORO – Donald Bunch, 85, died Friday, May 24, 2013.

Mr. Bunch was born March 8, 1928, in Culman, Ala. to Sherman and Wilda Iula Ferguson Bunch. He worked as a mill wright for Reynolds Metals for 32 1/2 years retiring to ranch life.

He was preceded in death by the mother of his child, Estherlene Bunch; two sisters, Nellie Hodges and Mildred Williams; and a brother, LaVon Bunch.

Survivors include three daughters, Myra Hickman of Rockport, Brenda (Jack) Henning of Refugio and Rhonda (Kirt) Karnei of Victoria; a son, David (Jennifer) Bunch of Saudi Arabia; six grandchildren; three great-grandchildren; and companion Janette Youngblood of Woodsboro.

Visitation was conducted from 6-8 p.m. Sunday, May 26, at Moore Funeral Home Chapel. The funeral service was held at 10 a.m. Monday, May 27, at First Baptist Church-Woodsboro. Burial followed at LaRosa Cemetery.

Pallbearers were Jay Henning, Kolton Karnei, Tim Bunch, Chris Bunch, Brian Youngblood, Cody Taylor.

Honorary pallbearers were Don Williams, Ronnie Williams, Jason Hamm, Jimmy Haynes, Charlie Hudson, Kirt Karnei, and Jack Henning.
