Play day slated at Brush Country Cowboy Church

BCCC is sponsoring a Play Day on Saturday, Aug. 11th, at the BCCC Arena. Books will open at 5 p.m.

The Arena church service will begin at 6:30 p.m. Contestants must attend church service to compete in the Play Day. Buckles will be given in all age groups including Lead Line and prizes will be given through 6th place in each age group.

The age groups are: Lead Line, Novice 6 & Under, Pee Wee 7 – 10, Juniors 11-14, Seniors 15-18, and Adults 19 and over. Events will be Cloverleaf Barrels, Straight Barrels, Poles, Goat Slapping (Lead Line - Novice - Pee Wee) Goat Tying (Juniors – Seniors – Adults). All the lead line events will be run first. Entry Fees are $10 per event plus $10 office charge per contestant. Office charge will not exceed $20 per family. All events will be on the ten point system; first place – 10 points, second place – 9 points, etc. A negative Coggins is required.

Our BCCC Chuckwagon stand will be open with lots of good food and drinks.
