A woman near the lake said that she hadn’t heard from her brother in many years. She would like to find him and see if he’s OK. The dispatcher called information and found a listing for a man with the same name in San Antonio. A message was left for the person to call the Live Oak Sheriff’s Office. When he called, a deputy advised him that his sister was trying to get in contact with him.
A man near Pawnee reported that he had shot a bobcat that attacked him. He wanted to know what to do with the carcass. A game warden was notified; he said to tell the guy to get rid of it.
A Three Rivers man wanted to speak to an officer about a man who kept calling his wife and he wanted it to stop. His wife had already told the man to quit calling her and that she would not leave her husband for him.
There was a white pick up in the parking lot of an IH37 convenience store with the alarm going off. The driver of the vehicle could not turn the alarm off. The store clerk wanted an officer to check to be sure the vehicle wasn’t stolen. The responding deputy advised that everything was all right.
A George West woman reported a telephone scam. She had received a call from a man who told her that she would be receiving a UPS package in the next 48 hours. He wanted to verify her home address. She said that he had her old address and then told her that he needed to verify her birth date. She refused to give him her birth date and hung up on him. She contacted UPS to report what had happened and to see if she did have a package. The UPS representative advised her that no one would ask for her birth date and there was no package.
A Three Rivers man said that his neighbor keeps spreading rumors about him and he wanted to press charges on her.

A Three Rivers man reported that when he picked up his girlfriend from work, he had observed some subjects grinding on a lock at the nearby storage units. The responding officer was unable to locate the alleged suspects.
