Lewis Edmond McTighe, 69, of Three Rivers, died Wednesday, Aug. 20, 2014, at his residence following a sudden illness.

Mr. McTighe was born July 12, 1945, to John Patrick and Josie Belle (Casey) McTighe in Three Rivers. He was a plumber and a member of the Plumbers Union. He was a veteran and served in the U.S. Air Force during the Vietnam War.

He was preceded in death by his parents, two brothers and one sister.

Survivors include his wife, Pearl McTighe of Three Rivers; son, Lewis McTighe III of Three Rivers; two daughters, Stephanie Mundy of Buffalo and Lisa (Anthony) Astolfo of Huffman; three sisters, Susan (Wesley) Goldman of Three Rivers, Jean Ann McTighe of Refugio and Helen Sonnier of Angleton; and six grandchildren.

Visitation was held Friday, Aug. 22, from 5 to 8 p.m. at Roberson Funeral Home in Three Rivers.

The funeral service was conducted there Saturday, Aug. 23, at 4 p.m. Burial followed at Three Rivers Cemetery.

Services were entrusted to Roberson Funeral Home, Three Rivers.
