Registration will begin at 9:30 a.m. Chopped barbecue sandwiches will be available at 11 a.m. There will also be a bake sale, raffle and live auction. No alcoholic beverages will be sold, but guests can bring their own.
The open jackpot beans judging will be at 11 a.m. The entry fee is $15. Cash prizes will be awarded for first through third place. The open chicken judging will be at noon. The entry fee is $15. Trophies will be awarded for first through third place.
The pork spare ribs judging will be at 1 p.m. The entry fee is $25. There will be three places with a cash prize for first place. At 2 p.m. will be the Chili Appreciation Society International chili judging following CASI rules. The entry fee is $20 with trophies being awarded for first through 10th place and showmanship awards being issued to first through third.
The homestyle chili judging will be at 2 p.m. The entry fee is $15. The brisket judging will be at 3 p.m.. The entry fee is $25. A cash prize will be awarded to first place. There will be three places.
