GOLIAD – A last-gasp comeback bid by the Goliad Tigers fell short Friday night as they were handed their second-straight District 15-2A, Division I defeat 42-34 to the Marion Bulldogs.
The loss spoiled the Tigers' homecoming and dropped them to 4-3 overall and 1-2 in league play.
