Robert Dale Lamprecht Sr., 66, of George West died Monday, March 18, 2013.

Mr. Lamprecht was born July 30, 1946, in Three Rivers to Robert Henry Lamprecht and Viola (Albrecht) Lamprecht. He was a heavy equipment operator and a member of Our Savior Lutheran Church. He was an avid hunter and fisherman.

He was preceded in death by his parents; his wife, Mildred (Teague) Lamprecht; and sister, Lorita Lamprecht.

Survivors include a son, Robert Dale Lamprecht Jr. of George West; a brother, Donny (Florence) Lamprecht of Ray Point; and sisters, Karen (Robert) Melton and Joyce (Homer) Smith, both of Ray Point, Judy Williford and Janice (Gordon) Mayer, both of Cuero, and Frances (Charles) Hahn of Bay City; and numerous nieces, nephews and other relatives.

Visitation was held from 5 to 8 p.m. Wednesday, March 20, at Galloway & Sons Funeral Home chapel. A prayer service was held there that evening at 5:30 p.m.

The funeral service was held Thursday, March 21, at 2 p.m. at Our Savior Lutheran Church in Three Rivers with the burial to follow at Ray Point Cemetery with Rev. Norman Sulaica Jr. officiating.

Pallbearers were Joe Gary Wright, Don Bowman, Ewell Walton, Chuck Hahn, David Smith, Owen Teague, Robert Melton and Gary Lamprecht.

Honorary pallbearers were Larry Teague, Larry Williford, Thomas Gilbert, Ronnie Stendebach, Danny Wade Lamprecht, Lee Melton, Ashley Melton, Rhonda Harfst, Larry Kolacek and Amanda Mayer.

Services entrusted to Galloway & Sons Funeral Home, Three Rivers.
