Reynaldo B. Moreno, 49, of Beeville, died Saturday, Aug. 27, 2011.

Mr. Moreno was born April 10, 1962, in Beeville to Erlinda Banda and Matilde Moreno Sr. He married Lucia Campos in Beeville on Aug. 22, 1984, and was a carpenter and a member of Monte Del Olivar Christian Church.

He was preceded in death by his parents and one son, Arturo Lee Moreno.

Survivors include his wife, Lucia Campos Moreno of Beeville; six children, Rudy (Amanda) Ramirez, Epimenio (Tarah) Moreno, Reynaldo (Mari Rea) Moreno Jr., Alex Moreno, Martina Moreno and Benny Rey Moreno, all of Beeville; seven brothers, Alfredo (Beatrice) Benavidez, Matilde (Elma) Moreno, Manuel (Nikki) Moreno and Benito (Martina) Moreno, all of Beeville, Johnny Benavidez, Luis Moreno and Tony (Victoria) Moreno, all of Victoria; four sisters, Adela Hurtado, Mary Moreno, Dora Alicia (Juan) Camacho and Dora Kay Moreno, all of Beeville; and eight grandchildren.

Visitation was held at Angelus Funeral Home from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. Wednesday, Aug. 31. A rosary was recited there that evening at 7 o’clock.

The funeral Mass was celebrated at 10 a.m. Thursday, Sept. 1, at Angelus Funeral Home with Rev. Adelaida Arismendez officiating. Burial followed in Our Lady of Victory Cemetery #2.

Pallbearers were Epimenio Moreno, Reynaldo Moreno Jr., Matilde Moreno, Alfredo Benavidez, Tony Moreno, Alex Moreno and Manuel Moreno.
