City Maintenance Director Hurshall Dickinson is interrupted by Bee-Picayune photographer Grady Harrison while hanging Christmas decorations in the downtown area. Assistant City Manager Imogene Stevenson said work has started to decorate the area from Houston to Kenedy streets on both Washington and N. St. Marys streets.
