On May 15, while I was working on my flower bed in my front yard, I tripped over a paver and fell. Due to my fall, I ended up with some bumps and bruises, including a couple of deep cuts to my forehead, which resulted in a trip to the emergency room. While there, I received a total of 13 stitches.
My reason for writing this letter is to thank all the people who came to my aid. I would like to thank Robert Bridge for contacting my granddaughter, Sandra Garza, and staying with me until she and my grandson, Joe Sanchez, arrived.
I would also like to thank all the other individuals whom I did not get an opportunity to get their names. A special thanks to the lady who brought me a cold compress and bandaged me up. Also, if you should ever need anymore sunflowers for your child’s school project, please stop by. If you have an opportunity, perhaps while your children are at practice, please stop by so I may personally thank you.
May God bless each and everyone of you.
