My name is Angelica Hartsfield and I would like to thank everyone who supported me during my trip to the AAU Jr. Olympics in Houston. I would like to thank the City of Kenedy 4B Corporation and Mr. Kiesling for having the Summer Youth Program this year. I would like to thank Otto Kaiser Memorial Hospital for donating the track uniforms that we used during the track meets in Corpus Christi, San Antonio and Houston this summer. I would also like to thank Coach Havron and Kenedy ISD for allowing us to practice on the track equipment at the high school.

Next, I would like to thank all of the people in the community that helped me with my trip by donating money or giving me support and encouragement through their words and prayers. Also, I would like to thank my coach, Manuel DeLaGarza, for pushing me, encouraging me, teaching me new events to try and being there at every practice session and track meet.

Last, I want to thank my parents, brother, grandparents, aunts, uncles, cousins and God-parents. They were always supportive in good times and not so good times, no matter what I was trying for. I had a lot of fun this summer. Thank you to everyone!
