MOULTON – The Goliad boys and girls teams both finished second at Saturday’s Moulton Bobkatz Invitational Cross Country meet.

Andrea DeLaGarza was second overall to pace the Tigerettes, who finished with 95 points. Navarro won the meet with 68. Also leading the Goliad girls were Denise Jones (28th), Michala Janssen (32nd), Marla Reyna (34th) and Holly Gaskamp (63rd). There were 17 teams and 137 runners at the meet.

John Von Dohlen (fourth), Quentin Alkek (eighth), Ryan Walker (26th), Jake Schnieder (28th), Rhett Davis (33rd) and Jakob Mata (73rd) led the way for the Tigers, who finished with 95 points. Luling won the meet with 22 points.
