• Justin Ross, Goliad, one year pretrial diversion, $731 administrative fee and 60 hours of community service after he entered into the agreement for possession of controlled substance, PG2A, less 2 oz. on Nov. 15, 2013. Case investigated by GCSO.

• Caleb Vaughn, Victoria, one year pretrial diversion, $731 administrative fee and 60 hours of community service after he entered into the agreement for possession of marijuana, less 2 oz. in a drug-free zone on Nov. 19, 2013. Case investigated by GCSO.

• Buddy Ussery, Bluff Dale, 120 days in jail after his probation was revoked for driving while intoxicated-first offense.

• James Woods, Corpus Christi, 180 days in jail after his probation was revoked for possession of a controlled substance.
