What we know...
"With nearly 12 inches of rain recorded in Bee County at the time of this photo, it appeared that Dr. Tom Stark was prepared for the worst with his boat ominously moored in his front yard. The doctor was asked if he planned on trolling down Hefferman Street or if he would pull the boat to his back door so he and his family could scramble to safety. Actually, Stark had deposited the boat on the lawn so he could repair his trailer."
Not sure when this photo was taken but it must have been back when this county actually did get rain. Those were the days.
