PETTUS – South Texas Helping Hand Ministries, located in Pettus, was able to provide more than 50 boxes of groceries and toys for more than 70 children in north Bee County recently.

Food and gifts were donated by H-E-B, Christian Worship Center in Beeville, Pettus-Tuleta Ministerial Alliance, First Baptist Church in Pettus, Tuleta Baptist Church, Normanna Baptist Church, Sacred Heart Baptist Church in Pettus, The Lions Club, First Christian Church in Pettus, First United Methodist Church in Pettus and numerous individuals.

STHHM is a nonprofit organization founded in 1983 by Brother and Mrs. Leo Oliver. It serves north Bee County residents who are need of food, clothing, household items and more. The staff of STHHM thanked all who helped make this a joyous Christmas season.
